A basic pizza dough is made from dry yeast, which is practical as the yeast can be stored at room temperature. Makes two pizzas in your Hajka oven.

If you use cold water instead of lukewarm, the rising time will be two or three hours.
Ingredients
- 2 teaspoons dry yeast (6 grams)
- 1 teaspoon granulated sugar
- 0.5 teaspoon sea salt
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 150 ml lukewarm water
- 350 ml all-purpose flour
Directions
- Combine the flour and dry yeast in a bowl.
- Add the lukewarm water (37°C) and mix well.
- Stir in the salt, sugar and vegetable oil.
- Knead the dough using a machine for 5 minutes or by hand for about 10 minutes until the dough is smooth and elastic.
- Let the dough rise in a warm place for 45 minutes or until it has doubled in size.
Once risen, divide the dough into 2 portions and roll them out on a floured surface.
