With HAJKA, you can create a wide range of main dishes. The 1.2-litre baking dish with ceramic coating allows you to make a lasagna or potato gratin that serves two very hungry people — or four if you add another dish.

During my fifteen years as a recipe creator and cookbook author, I have longed for a compact and smart oven that works with my gas stove – finally, I realised that I had to create it myself! After three years of product development and over 200 baked cakes and pizzas, I am pleased to present the HAJKA outdoor oven.

What is included in the HAJKA?
Lid, bottom part, heat deflector, stainless steel heat shield, oven grate, baking tin with ceramic non-stick coating (made without PFAS), pizza steel (1 mm carbon steel), storage bag, printed manual, tool for assembling the heat deflector, and a handle.

How Hajka oven works
- The flame enters the hole in the bottom of the oven.
- The steel plates reduce the bottom heat.
- Warm air moves upwards and creates top heat.
- Moisture from food escapes on the side creating that magic crust.

At the bottom of the oven, there is a groove that fits perfectly on Trangia - both the large and the small model (25+27).

Baking plate for pizza included!
The Hajka comes with a carbon steel pizza-baking plate. With the 1 mm carbon steel, the pizza is baked from below, which gives a perfect crust.
