Payment Methods at Checkout

You can pay with most types of cards, as well as Google Pay, Klarna, PayPal, and Shopify Pay.

How to Add a Product After Placing an Order

If you have placed an order and afterwards want to add a product, you can log in to your Shopify account and add your product, or email me at shop@hajkaoven.com and I will add the products you want. You will then receive an email with payment details for the added product(s).

Shipping and Shipping Prices

The shipping price is calculated at checkout and depends on the weight of your items. Your items are shipped with DHL, UPS, or Postnord. See each country below.

Customs, Tax, and Shipping by Country

SWEDEN – Packages are sent with DHL or Postnord.

EUROPE – Packages are sent to a DHL pickup point. Taxes are automatically included in your purchase.

NORWAY – Since Norway is not in the EU, products need to be cleared through customs. Hajka pays the VAT so you do not have to, but it is helpful if you email me your personal identification number for a faster customs process. Shipped with Postnord as a letter or UPS as a package.

USA – Import duties are shown at checkout. Packages are now sent DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), so you do not have to pay any extra fees. Packages are sent via Postnord as letters.

UK – For orders under 135 GBP (excluding shipping), there are no extra charges for customs and tax. Email me at shop@hajkaoven.com if your order exceeds 135 GBP. Shipped with Postnord as a letter or UPS as a package.

OTHER COUNTRIES – for example, Australia, New Zealand. Packages are sent via Postnord as letters.

Complaints & Warranty

There is a two-year warranty on your Hajka, but it is of course intended to last for decades. In cases of careless handling, which basically means excessive heat that can deform the oven and its parts, or sharp objects that can scratch the ceramic coating.
