Customs, Tax & Shipping
UK – Shipped with Postnord as a Letter. For orders under 135 GBP (excluding shipping), there are no additional customs or tax charges. Make two separate orders if your order exceeds 135 GBP (excluding shipping), to avoid duties. Enter your Social Security number at checkout OR send me an email. This is for customs processing (format: YYMMDD-XXXX).

USA – Import duties are now 15% on the value of the goods. Fees are NOT shown at checkout - they will be added after your order and have to be paid before shipping. Packages are sent DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) via Postnord as letters. The weight limit per parcel is 2000 grams; this means I have to send your goods in two parcels if they exceed 2000 grams. This is also the reason why the shipping fees go up if you exceed 2000 grams.

NORWAY – Since Norway is not in the EU, products need to be cleared through customs. Hajka pays the VAT, so you do not have to, but it is helpful if you email me your personal identification number to expedite customs processing. Shipped with Postnord as a Letter or UPS as a package.

OTHER COUNTRIES – for example, Australia, New Zealand. Packages are sent via Postnord as letters. 2000 grams weight limit per parcel. This is why the shipping fees increase if you exceed 2000 grams. See De minimis limits here
EUROPE – Packages are sent to a DHL or Postnord (mail) pickup point. Taxes are automatically included in your purchase.
SWEDEN – Packages are sent with DHL or Postnord.

How to Add a Product After Placing an Order
If you have placed an order and afterwards want to add a product, you can log in to your Shopify account and add your product, or email me at shop@hajkaoven.com and I will add the products you want. You will then receive an email with payment details for the added product(s).
Complaints & Warranty
There is a two-year warranty on your Hajka, but it is of course intended to last for decades. In cases of careless handling, which basically means excessive heat that can deform the oven and its parts, or sharp objects that can scratch the ceramic coating. Send an email to shop@hajkaoven.com with questions about complaints and warranties.
