Customs, Tax & Shipping

USA – Import duties are 25%. Hajka will cover 10% of these, meaning you will have to pay 15% before we ship your order. This means: you place an order, Hajka adds the fees, you pay the (reduced) fees, and we ship. Maximum 2000 grams per order, since items ship as a tracked letter.

NORWAY – Since Norway is not in the EU, products need to be cleared through customs. Hajka pays the VAT. Shipped with PostNord as a Letter or UPS as a package.

GERMANY - Packages are sent with PostNord. Taxes are automatically included in your purchase.

The rest of EUROPE – Packages are sent with DHL or PostNord (mail). Taxes are automatically included in your purchase.

SWEDEN – Packages are sent with DHL or PostNord.

OTHER COUNTRIES – for example, Australia, New Zealand. Packages are sent via PostNord as letters. Maximum 2000 grams per order, since items ship as a tracked letter. See De minimis limits here

The shipping price is calculated at checkout and depends on the weight of your items. Your items are shipped with DHL, UPS, or PostNord. See each country below.

How to Add a Product After Placing an Order

If you have placed an order and afterwards want to add a product, you can log in to your Shopify account and add your product, or email me at shop@hajkaoven.com and I will add the products you want. You will then receive an email with payment details for the added product(s).

Complaints & Warranty

There is a two-year warranty on your Hajka, but it is of course intended to last for decades. In cases of careless handling, which basically means excessive heat that can deform the oven and its parts, or sharp objects that can scratch the ceramic coating.
