The Hajka oven is perfect for making cakes; if you think plain sponge cake is too boring, add some vanilla powder or grate lemon zest.

Oven grate placed on the plate, baking tin

Ingredients

2 eggs

200 ml granulated sugar

75 g butter
-
100 ml milk

300 ml all-purpose flour

1½ tsp baking powder

2 tsp vanilla sugar (optional)
Directions
- Melt butter (or use butter-oil mix from the bottle).
- Whisk eggs and sugar and mix with the butter.
- In another bowl, mix flour, and baking powder, mix with the ingredients above.
- Add butter to the baking tin and pour in the mix.
Preheat Hajka on medium effect/flame for 5 minutes – use the plate and the oven grate.
Place baking tin on oven grate – bake for 30 minutes on low effect (small flame)
