Basic Pizza Dough (fresh yeast)

Basic Pizza Dough (fresh yeast)

This recipe is for two pizzas in your Hajka oven. The rising time required is only 25 minutes. Use half the yeast or less for a longer rise and a more complex flavour.

If you use cold water instead of lukewarm, the rising time will be two or three hours.
