Ingredients

2 slices of bread

100 ml grated cheese

100 grams of mushrooms

3 tablespoons of butter

Fresh parsley
-
Black pepper
Directions
Fry mushrooms in a pan with butter.
Spread butter on one side of the bread and add the fried mushrooms.
Top with grated cheese.
Preheat your Hajka on medium effect/flame for a few minutes.
Gratinate your toast for 10 minutes on medium or high effect/flame.
Serve with fresh parsley and freshly ground black pepper.
