Ingredients

• 1 tablespoon creme fraiche
• 100 ml grated mozzarella
• 5 asparagus

Directions

1. Prepare the pizza dough
2. Pre heat the Hajka for 5-10 minutes
3. Flatten the pizza dough
4. Add creme fraiche evenly
5. Add grated mozzarella
6. Put the asparagus on top of the pizza
7. Finish with some more mozzarella
8. Bake for about 7 minutes in the pre heated Hajka
