Soft cake with apple and cinnamon
A soft cake with apple and cinnamon for the afternoon "fika" when camping is the best treat. You can exchange the cinnamon with ginger or freshly crushed cardamom for a different taste.

Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- 3 tablespoons whiter sugar
- 2 eggs
- 200 ml granulated sugar
- 75 g butter
- 100 ml milk
- 300 ml all-purpose flour
- 1½ teaspoon baking powder
- 2 tsp vanilla sugar (optional)
Directions
- Slice apples and place them in a bowl, sprinkle sugar and cinnamon.
- Melt butter (or use butter-oil mix from the bottle).
- Whisk eggs and sugar and mix with the butter.
- In another bowl, mix flour, and baking powder, mix with the ingredients above.
- Add butter to the baking tin and pour in the mix.
- Preheat Hajka on medium effect/flame for 5 minutes – use the plate and the oven grate.
- Grease the baking tin and the heat distributor - place the heat distributor in the middle.
- Add the mix, place apples on top.
- Place baking tin on oven grate – bake for 30 minutes on low effect (small flame)
