Parmesan-Baked Cauliflower with Cured Ham and Pinsa

Ingredients
- 0,5 head of cauliflower
- 1–2 tbsp olive oil
- 30 grams parmesan approx.
- 1 clove of garlic (or garlic powder)
- Thyme
- Salt and pepper
- Cured ham
- Pinsa
Directions
- Remove the stem and leaves from the cauliflower and cut into small florets. Finely chop the garlic clove (can be replaced with garlic powder).
- Put the vegetables in a box or plastic bag together with oil, a sprinkle of thyme, and salt and pepper. Stir or shake to coat the cauliflower.
- Put the cauliflower on the plate and place it on the oven grate.
- Cook with the lid on for approx. 10 minutes on medium heat. Stir a couple of times.
- Grate the parmesan and spread it evenly over the cauliflower.
- Cut the pinsa to fit the grill grate placed on the raisors (see image below), drizzle with a little olive oil, salt and pepper over the pinsa bread.
- Bake the cauliflower and pinsa for 10–15 minutes, or until the pinsa is heated through and the cheese has melted. Flip the pinsa halfway.
- Serve the cauliflower with a sprinkle of thyme and pieces of cured ham, along with the pinsa.
