Lasagna with Salsiccia Meat Sauce

Ingredients
- Salsiccia meat from one small sausage
- One yellow onion
- One clove of garlic
- One stock cube
- One jar of arrabiata pasta sauce
- A splash of water
- Seasonings of your choice such as black pepper, oregano, chili or basil
- Fresh lasagna sheets
- One carton of ready-made béchamel sauce
- Grated Parmesan
- Grated mozzarella
Directions
- Chop the onion and garlic and remove the salsiccia meat from its casing if needed.
- Sauté everything in a pan until nicely browned.
- Crumble in the stock cube and pour in the arrabiata sauce along with a little water. Let the sauce simmer until rich and well combined.
- Season to taste.
- Layer fresh lasagna sheets with the meat sauce and béchamel in a baking dish. Sprinkle a little Parmesan between the layers.
- Fill the dish and top with plenty of grated mozzarella.
- Bake until the top is golden and bubbling, roughly three-quarters of an hour, depending on the effect and stove.
