Toast with mushrooms

A delicious toast with mushrooms and cheese, perfect as a light meal or as a snack. The crispy bread combined with melted cheese and the taste of mushrooms will not disappoint you.

Ingredients

  • 2 slices of bread
  • 100 ml grated cheese
  • 100 grams of mushrooms
  • 3 tablespoons of butter
  • Fresh parsley or other herbs
  • Black pepper

Directions

  1. Fry mushrooms in a pan with butter.
  2. Spread butter on one side of the bread and add the fried mushrooms.
  3. Top with grated cheese.
  4. Preheat your Hajka on medium effect/flame for a few minutes.
  5. Gratinate your toast for 10 minutes on medium or high effect/flame.
  6. Serve with fresh parsley and freshly ground black pepper.
