Toast with mushrooms
A delicious toast with mushrooms and cheese, perfect as a light meal or as a snack. The crispy bread combined with melted cheese and the taste of mushrooms will not disappoint you.

Ingredients
- 2 slices of bread
- 100 ml grated cheese
- 100 grams of mushrooms
- 3 tablespoons of butter
- Fresh parsley or other herbs
- Black pepper
Directions
- Fry mushrooms in a pan with butter.
- Spread butter on one side of the bread and add the fried mushrooms.
- Top with grated cheese.
- Preheat your Hajka on medium effect/flame for a few minutes.
- Gratinate your toast for 10 minutes on medium or high effect/flame.
- Serve with fresh parsley and freshly ground black pepper.
