Basic Pizza Dough (fresh yeast)

If you use cold water instead of lukewarm, the rising time will be two or three hours.
Ingredients
- 25 g yeast
- 1 teaspoon granulated sugar

0.5 teaspoon sea salt

1 tablespoon olive oil
- 150 ml lukewarm water
- 350 ml all-purpose flour
Directions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the yeast, sugar, salt, oil, and lukewarm water (around 37°C).
- Gradually add the flour, mixing until a smooth and elastic dough forms. Reserve the remaining flour for rolling out the dough.
- Cover the bowl with a kitchen towel and allow the dough to rise for approximately 25 minutes.
Once risen, divide the dough into 2 portions and roll them out on a floured surface.
