Ingredients

  • 0,5 head of cauliflower
  • 1–2 tbsp olive oil
  • 30 grams parmesan approx.
  • 1 clove of garlic (or garlic powder)
  • Thyme
  • Salt and pepper
  • Cured ham
  • Pinsa

Directions

  1. Remove the stem and leaves from the cauliflower and cut into small florets. Finely chop the garlic clove (can be replaced with garlic powder).
  2. Put the vegetables in a box or plastic bag together with oil, a sprinkle of thyme, and salt and pepper. Stir or shake to coat the cauliflower.
  3. Put the cauliflower on the plate and place it on the oven grate.
  4. Cook with the lid on for approx. 10 minutes on medium heat. Stir a couple of times.
  5. Grate the parmesan and spread it evenly over the cauliflower.
  6. Cut the pinsa to fit the grill grate placed on the raisors (see image below), drizzle with a little olive oil, salt and pepper over the pinsa bread.
  7. Bake the cauliflower and pinsa for 10–15 minutes, or until the pinsa is heated through and the cheese has melted. Flip the pinsa halfway.
  8. Serve the cauliflower with a sprinkle of thyme and pieces of cured ham, along with the pinsa.
