Ingredients

  • Salsiccia meat from one small sausage
  • One yellow onion
  • One clove of garlic
  • One stock cube
  • One jar of arrabiata pasta sauce
  • A splash of water
  • Seasonings of your choice such as black pepper, oregano, chili or basil
  • Fresh lasagna sheets
  • One carton of ready-made béchamel sauce
  • Grated Parmesan
  • Grated mozzarella

Directions

  1. Chop the onion and garlic and remove the salsiccia meat from its casing if needed.
  2. Sauté everything in a pan until nicely browned.
  3. Crumble in the stock cube and pour in the arrabiata sauce along with a little water. Let the sauce simmer until rich and well combined.
  4. Season to taste.
  5. Layer fresh lasagna sheets with the meat sauce and béchamel in a baking dish. Sprinkle a little Parmesan between the layers.
  6. Fill the dish and top with plenty of grated mozzarella.
  7. Bake until the top is golden and bubbling, roughly three-quarters of an hour, depending on the effect and stove.
