Cinnamon-Rolls in Baking Tin - Made In Made From Pizza Dough (video)

Rolled-out pizza dough is not much fun for pizza, but it is perfect for desserts such as pies and buns. Here, the butter and sugar that collect at the bottom of the tin give the buns a caramel-like flavour.

Ingredients

• 1 roll of pizza dough
• 50 grams room-temperature butter
• 1 tablespoon cinnamon
• 3 tablespoons sugar
• 100 ml icing sugar
• 2 tsp water

Directions

1. Preheat your camping oven
2. Roll out the pizza dough and spread it with butter
3. Sprinkle over the sugar and cinnamon
4. Cut into nine pieces and place them in the tin. You do not need to butter the bottom, only the sides.
5. Bake for 15–20 minutes on low power until they have some colour
6. Leave to cool and pour over the icing.
