Apple raisin cake
This apple cake from Eddie is an easy one! Just mix, pour, top with apple slices, and let the Hajka do the rest. You can also us half the recipe for less cake and quicker baking. Don't forget to use the Hajka heat distributor for shorter and more even baking.

Ingredients
- 450 g fine cake flour (about 750 ml)
- 4 eggs
- 150 g butter, about 150 ml when melted
- 1 tablespoon milk, about 15 ml
- 1 sliced apple
- A handful of raisins
Directions
- Slice the apples
- Prepare the batter
- Mix the flour, eggs, melted butter, and milk in a bowl until the batter is smooth.
- Add the raisins
- Stir in the raisins so they are evenly spread throughout the batter.
- Fill the baking dish
- Pour the batter into a greased baking dish.
- Place the sliced apple on top of the batter without mixing it in.
- Bake for 60 minutes on a low flame at 150°C until the cake is set and lightly golden.
