Whole Baked Chicken

The Hajka Outdoor Oven can bake a chicken up to 1000 grams. Cover the chicken with a rub made of thyme, garlic, honey, salt and black pepper. Cook for 45 minutes, starting with medium heat and reducing to low heat after 15 minutes. The chicken should be baked all the way into the bone.

  • Preheating is not needed.
  • Gas consumption is approximately 45 grams for 1000 grams of chicken.
