Pizza on the baking steel

The HAJKA baking steel ensures that the pizza is baked from below, creating a crispy crust. Flatbread can also be baked on baking steel, just like pizza.

Experiment with different doughs, sizes, and toppings. Generally, avoid overly wet ingredients on the pizza as they make it heavy, difficult to transfer, and less likely to rise properly.
