Brown Butter Brownie
There’s something magical about a brown butter brownie outdoors. The batter is very simple:: browned butter, cocoa, sugar, eggs — but the flavour becomes deep and nutty.

Ingredients
- 100 g browned butter
- 2 eggs
- 2 dl sugar (200 ml)
- 1.75 dl all‑purpose flour (175 ml)
- 1 dl cocoa powder (100 ml)
- ½ tbsp vanilla sugar
- Sea salt (for topping)
Directions
- Brown the butter and let it cool slightly.
- Mix the butter with the remaining ingredients until you have a smooth, silky batter.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes in 175°C until soft in the middle.
- Serve with ice cream and berries
