HAJKA has a very even heat distribution at the bottom. Warm air also circulates upwards along the sides, providing top heat.
The flame enters the hole in the bottom of the oven.
The steel plates reduce the bottom heat.
Warm air moves upwards and creates top heat.
Moisture from food escapes on the side.
The HAJKA oven is compatible with permanently mounted gas stoves used in vans, RVs, and boats, as well as free-standing camping gas stoves.
Also, the bottom of the oven has a groove that fits perfectly on Trangia (both large and small models).
Exceptions: The oven should not be used with alcohol burners or over an open flame due to soot. It should also not be used on an electric hotplate. For safety reasons, the oven should not be used on top-mounted stoves as there is a risk of tipping.

HOW TO USE HAJKA – it is easy!
- Place HAJKA on your gas stove, ensuring the hole in the bottom/base is centered over the flame.
- Attach the protective plate using the hooks.
- Now, choose whether you want to use the pizza tray or the baking dish/grill grate.
- Preheat the oven for 5 minutes.
- Place what you want to bake or cook in HAJKA, grab a beer, and wait until your food is ready!
